Returns & Exchanges

At Sierra Madre Collection, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your selection isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
